  7. Other Revenue: Begin modeling Other Revenue by clicking 'Revenue' then 'Other Revenue' on the left navigation menu. This is where any other property level income can be modeled. The modeling screens are the same as the operating expense screens. There are also three setups Standard, % of Value, and Property Tax, which are discussed in the Create Building Expenses section.

    4. Yardi: configure and import data directly from your Yardi account.
