Leasing Renewals

With leasing renewals, there are actually two ways to go about this in FUEL. The best practice is to click on the '+ Add premises' button. This will create a lease within the same space starting exactly one day after the termination of the first one.

The other option is a little more lengthy but generates the same results. You can ​duplicate the lease you want to renew, edit it with the new terms and use the circled dropdown to indicate that it's a renewal. You'll then want to move the date to start right after the first one terminates.
