The RealPage OneSite Leasing & Rents integration gives the flexibility to create one system on a single platform for a seamless flow of data. It helps to protect yield for conventional, student, affordable, tax credit, military, and senior living properties. Through our integration with OneSite Leasing & Rents software, you can import your information to FUEL and work on your models!

How does it work?

From the home page, go to Integrations and then click on the Platforms tab. Select RP OneSite from the drop-down menu:

From here, you can select the property you want to import and determine the purchase and sale date. You can see a preview of your information by clicking on each of the following buttons: Rent Roll, Operating Expenses, and Capital Expenses. Once you are finished, you can select Import in the upper right corner:

To see the imported property, you can navigate back to the Homepage and select the Open tab. Select the imported property and click on Open Selected:
