RealPage Business Intelligence Integration

Our latest integration with RealPage BI allows you to build models using rent roll data easier than ever!

Our newest integration allows customers with subscriptions to RealPage Business Intelligence (BI) to import key property analytics out of RealPage BI directly into RealPage FUEL. This integration includes the ability to import multiple properties at once, making it easier than ever to sync your data with FUEL. The integration works by capturing rent and market data out of RealPage BI, and in turn, can then generate a completed model to our customers. 

Included in this release:

• RealPage BI available in 'Integrations' drop down menu 
• Ability to select Purchase Date and Save Date before importing 
• Import includes property details including Property Data (Name, Address, Area, Units, etc.), Leasing Data (Rents, Market Rents, Start/End Dates, Occupied/Unoccupied Status, etc.), Income Line-items & Values, and Expense Line-items & Values
• If market rent information is available on the rent roll, FUEL can apply a forecast for the market rent that is associated to the particular unit 
• Integration can be managed under 'Manage Connections' >> Users are able to pull leasing data available at that point in time or can configure an auto-update at a set frequency to update the data into FUEL
