Mixed-Use Property Type
Modeling a Mixed-Use Property
FUEL is able to accommodate variations of Mixed-Use asset classes including Retail, Office, Multifamily, and more. This new category of property type allows users to manage the asset space more accurately. Users are able to configure their property to clearly delineate between different floors of the building to show different asset types on different floors. Once the asset type is selected, the system will then populate relevant fields that need to be filled out by the user. Once the modeling is complete, users are able to toggle between Multifamily and Commercial property views on the rent roll which helps keeps the view of the property more organized.
